RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return new, unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

If you need to return an item, please email info@jewelcult.com and we will send you a return code, along with a return shipping label.

Once we have received your unused return item, you will be issued a refund minus the original shipping cost (if any), as well as a return shipping cost of $4.95.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Any returns received without approval and the return code, or after the 7 day period will be sent back to the recipient. Recipient will be charged for any shipping costs associated with the return.
